We will help recommend a price based off of similar homes that have sold. This is called a CMA. We will walk you through pricing strategies, best case, and worst case scenarios. From there you tell us what you want it to be.

We are local, full-time real estate professionals. You will have an agent dedicated to getting your home sold. They will be your main contact, but you will have our whole team available to help. You will have our cell phone numbers and be able to reach us at anytime!

Our program is simple, you get our full marketing program and services for 1% of your sales price. We always offer a 3% buyer's agent fee to the agent that brings a well qualified buyer and offer. So you pay 4% total vs the 6% that agents "typically" charge. When a new company figures out a way to offer more for less, it almost always creates a stir among competitors.
